Who we are

R-Way Ag established in 1979 by Roland Rourie, father of the current CEO Guy Rouire. Guy and his wife Lise took over the company in 2005 and have since expanded its operations as a full agriculture business, now employing over 30 staff members.

Over its decades, R-Way Ag Ltd has built a reputation and stand behind their moto of “Proven , Reliable and Progressive”.

Thriving in the bird food packaging, R-Way Ag has shipped throughout Canada and the United States for the bird enthusiast.

Through these efforts, R-Way Ag Ltd has established itself as a trusted partner in the agricultural community.
